Deprecated test removal (#987)

Not sure why we had it in the first place, removing it if no objection.

## LLM Description
This pull request removes deprecated test files and their associated
utility functions related to Gnosis Safe contract execution and
transaction handling. The changes streamline the codebase by eliminating
outdated tests and utilities that are no longer needed.
