### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Depending on versions of certain packages, the results of SGI can
vary. The tolerance is increased to avoid errors.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No

### Other information:

These standardized indices are generally quite sensitive to package
versions (because of the optimization in scipy). Having a bigger
tolerance seems reasonable. I didn't increased tolerance uniformly, just
in places with 0.02 tolerance.
