* Eliminate prefetches on AnalysisSet pages. Eliminate prefetches from navigation.
* Modify schemas page to not use the prefetch option, but to use the new Link component
* Eliminate prefetching on all FileSet pages.
* Eliminate prefetches on file pages.
* Random elimination of links with prefetch.
* Eliminate prefetches from list views.
* Update all pages to eliminate any prefetch links they use.
* Eliminate prefetch links on all components.
* Correction to last commit.
