ArrayView::join and FixedArray::join (#2125)

* Adding ArrayView::join and FixedArray::join functions makes it convenient to concatenate strings within an array into a single complete string.

* Change join method for FixedArray and ArrayView

* Adjust the format of FixedArray:: join method to
improve code readability
