Fixed stdistance function decimal precision inconsistency (#3783)

Addressed a precision inconsistency issue in the stdistance function that was occurring due to different versions of PostGIS being used internally versus in open source implementations. The main problem was that these different versions were producing varying levels of decimal precision in their results, which could lead to inconsistencies in spatial calculations. To resolve this, we've implemented a fix that standardizes the decimal precision to 6 decimal places across all versions.
