TDS receiver support and Z/M functions

TDS Receiver Enhancements: Implemented structured handling of empty points, 2D/3D/M points, and general spatial data transmission.

Implemented following GeoSpatial SQL functions related to Z and M flags: HasZ, HasM, Z, M

Improved Error message from geospatial parser: Earlier we used to throw syntax error for invalid inputs , now its converted to Invalid geometry for geospatilal data.
