chore(cypress): remove code DEV-94 (#5735)

### 📣 Summary

Remove cypress related code, as we are replacing it with storybook
tests.

### 💭 Notes

Changes here:
- Removed most of the changes from #4044
- Removed `data-cy` attribute from all the files
- Removed two cypress-only python files
