refactor(frontend): consistent mock files naming DEV-93 (#5792)

### 💭 Notes

Rename all files with mocks to end with consistent `*.mocks.*` rather
than with `*.mock(s).*`.

It does fix DEV-93 only partially - renames some files, the rest would
be handled on other time
