Services-manager conversion to scripts (#2319)

## Problem

Missing support for `AY profile ```<services-manager>``` section .

## Solution

Another piece to AutoYaST profile conversion. Takes
```<services-manager>``` section and turns it into agama's post install
script(s)


## Testing
