OpflexODev subscription specific to VMMDomain

Previously, the opflexODev subscription included the entire class,
resulting in retrieval of data of all clusters.
With this change, the subscription is scoped to the specific
vmmDomain of the cluster, reducing unnecessary GET calls to APIC.
