Fix secrets masking for special characters and lint issues

- Fix secrets masking regex to properly handle secrets with special characters
- Add isAlphanumeric helper function to improve masking precision
- Update tests to verify correct masking of secrets with special characters
- Fix linter warnings in logger.go and cmd/secrets/main.go
