style: some job-queue niceties

addresses #584 review comments.

Changes:
+ derive traits for JobResultWrapper<T> instead of manual impls.
+ add PanicInfo type to hide Mutex from callers in JobHandleError::JobPanicked
  variant.
+ change Arc<Mutex<T>> to Mutex<T> for panic_info wrapper
+ fix a few comment typos and clarify others.
