feature(attachments): modal displays background audio in player and add remove attachment dropdown TASK-1663 (#5673)

Now single submission modal will display background audio in audio
player. Background audio player also have dropdown menu to be downloaded
or deleted.

Uses code from #4984 and updated it.

1. ℹ️ make a form with background audio enabled and have submissions
- refer to this [internal

to help set it up if you don't have it already
- requires the above patch and browserstack if you don't own an android
device
3. open single submission modal
4. enable `removingAttachmentsEnabled` feature flag
5. 🔴 [on main] notice that background audio is only displaying with its
filename and is not clickable
6. 🟢 [on PR] notice that background audio is displayed with audio player
alongside an attachment options dropdown
7. 🟢 [on PR] notice that the attachment options dropdown does delete the
background audio
