Update output for test_constraint_like for upgrade testing from 16.6 to 17.latest (#3705)

This commits adds additional test files for testing constraint definition for LIKE pre and post upgrade/restore for 16.6
version. This is needed as the behaviour is a bit different in 16.6 from later versions.
