* DEV-1648/TTO-301 missing e-mail registration text
- Restore `email_body` form element identifier to approval request and registration email previews.
- Add assertions in `ApprovalRequestMailer` and `RegistrationMailer` for the presence of email body.
- TIDY: for continuity of variable name, use `email_body` all the way through from the UI to the Mailer
