• pytorchwrappers.py, pytorchGRUwrappers.py
  - collect_afferents(): add inputs as arg
    (to support override in GRUComposition for reassignment of inputs to GRU (vs input_node)
  - pytorchMechanismWrapper:  add _is_input and _is_output

• AutodiffComposition
  - add use of _is_input and _is_output for assigning inputs to and getting outputs from GRUComposition when it is an INPUT and/or OUTPUT Node
