refactor(storybook): migrate to v8 and update obsolete stories (#5567)

### 💭 Notes
Followed https://storybook.js.org/docs/migration-guide and it went
pretty nice, five stars experience.

### 👀 Preview steps
Ideally go through all stories we have and make sure they still work. I
went through all of them and didn't find any problem. I also had this PR
storybook run locally in one tab and https://storybook.kbtdev.org/ in
other and went back and forth - most of the differences are the "+"
button and some slight padding changes :shrug:
