Use install.sh scripts from RPM spec files and for local installation

install(1) usage: prefer this because it looks better when grouping files by
target dir

    install -t target_dir source_dir/file

instead of the former

    install source_dir/file target_dir[/file]

tested by building RPMs, comparing file lists
   products.d/agama-products.spec OK
   rust/package/agama.spec OK
   service/agama-yast.spec.in OK
