### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* it changes the chunks of the broadcast output from the grouped chunks
to the chunks of the variable that is broadcasted against
* it changes the dimension order to that of the variable that is
broadcasted against
* it resets the chunks on the stacked variables in "multivar" while
doing a PCA


### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No.

### Other information:

The issues were originally raised in
https://github.com/Ouranosinc/xclim/issues/2103 and
https://github.com/Ouranosinc/xsdba/issues/115. Further, a discussion
was opened (dask/dask#11826) related to Ouranosinc/xclim#113.
