### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* More code that needed to be ported from `xclim` has been added. This
includes mainly documentation, as well as testing utilities and a
benchmark notebook.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No

### Other information:

This reinstates the previous behaviour of `_harmonize_units`. This
changes nothing for normal use, but will allow patching and using
xclim's convert_units_to and context="infer" with multivariate
adjustment. This is for a PR in xscen. For advanced users.
