feat(projectHistoryLogs): add submission root_uuids to logs (#5517)

### 📣 Summary
Add submission root uuids to project history logs. 


### 📖 Description
Include the root_uuids of submissions so we can keep track of actions
adding/editing/deleting the same submission


### 👀 Preview steps

Feature/no-change template:
1. ℹ️ have account and a project. The project should have an audio
question.
2. In Django admin add at least one language
3. Add a submission to the project
4. Go to `api/v2/assets/<asset_uid>/history`
5. 🟢 There should be a new `add-submission` project history log and it
should include the root_uuid in the submission metadata
6. Edit the submission
4. 🟢 There should be a new `modify-submission` project history log and
it should include the root_uuid in the submission metadata. The
root_uuid should have remained the same.
5. Add a transcription to the submission
6. 🟢 There should be a new `modify-qa-data` project history log and it
should include the root_uuid in the submission metadata. The root_uuid
should have remained the same.
7. Delete the submission
6. 🟢 There should be a new `delete-submission` project history log and
it should include the root_uuid in the submission metadata. The
root_uuid should have remained the same.
