Coveralls setup (#38)

* modifying coveralls.wear to take rails as framework and exclude irrelevant files

* adding coveralls to env.rb and adding coveralls.rake and test_with_coveralls to the travis.yml file

* update cucumber-rails to v1.4.3

* cleanup spec_helper, rails_helper and cucumber env

* update sass-rails to get rid of some depracations warnings

* use cucumber task instead of features
