feat: enhance repository management with Git integration

- Add `getCurrentGitRepo` function to detect current Git repository
- Update `List` method to include current Git repository in the list
- Improve `Remove` method to handle current repository removal gracefully
- Add `Current` method to return current repository or Git repository
- Automatically select newly added repository as current

These changes improve the repository management system by integrating with Git and providing better handling of the current repository, making the system more intuitive and user-friendly.
