refactor: improve code readability and maintainability

- Use `http.MethodGet` instead of hardcoded string for HTTP methods
- Optimize slice initialization in `GetStatus` function
- Simplify string concatenation in logger's `B` method
- Update file permissions to use octal notation for clarity
