## What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR:
- Updates the `.all-contributorsrc` file to include Adam as a
contributor with the 'tool' contribution type.
- Adds Adam to the contributors list in multiple README files
(`README.md`, `README-ja.md`, `README-pt.md`, and `README-zh.md`).
- Thanks to the [Karpor Chart's bug
fix](https://github.com/KusionStack/charts/pull/100) for the Adam!

This change ensures proper recognition of Adam's contributions to the
project's tools and maintains consistency across all documentation
files.
