chore: update dependencies in go.mod

- Add 'github.com/swaggo/http-swagger/v2' and 'golang.org/x/sync' as direct dependencies
- Remove 'github.com/swaggo/http-swagger/v2' from indirect dependencies
- Correct a typo in the 'golang.org/x/tools' comment
