Use XLNT_API_INTERNAL for internal API

Note that exporting is needed to be able to unit test those internal
APIs.

Disabled tests while benchmarking to ensure at least a single CI task
checks for missing exported symbols.

Hide symbols not explicitly marked for export on all platforms.

Removed XLNT_API from calendar to prevent compiler warning (and
exporting enum class is not needed)
