fix(email): improve readability and add cleanup method

Reformat parameter and property documentation for better readability. Move and update initialization of `_ClientExternallyOwned` field. Add `CleanupClient` method to clear client state after sending emails.

- Reformat `client` parameter documentation in `Email` constructor.
- Move `_ClientExternallyOwned` field and update its initialization.
- Reformat `IgnoreServerCertificateIssues` property documentation.
- Reformat `Dispose` method's remarks.
- Add private `CleanupClient` method to clear email client state.
- Call `CleanupClient` at the end of `Send` and `SendAsync` methods.
