De-flake TestJetStreamClusterMirrorAndSourceExpiration (#6304)

`nextTTL` was not defaulted to `math.MaxInt64` so it would not cancel
the age check in this condition: `if fs.state.Msgs == 0 && nextTTL ==
math.MaxInt64`.
