feat(ai): support ai-based log diagnosis (#668)

## What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR introduces AI-based log diagnosis capabilities, including
real-time log analysis using Server-Sent Events (SSE), support for
multiple languages (English, Chinese, German, and Portuguese), an
interactive diagnosis panel with termination control and real-time
updates, and efficient request management through debounce and
AbortController integration.
