refactor(ui): standardize event and log tab names

- Rename 'Event' to 'Events' and 'Log' to 'Logs' across UI components
- Update i18n keys to match new component names
- Fix tab value handling in insight detail pages

BREAKING CHANGE: Event and Log tab values have been renamed to Events and Logs respectively
