Trajectory results report plots now plot vector variables, respect the x_name argument, and avoid noisy plots when values are nearly constant. (#1135)


* Bokeh timeseries reports now respect the x_name argument that may be passed to run_problem via plot_kwargs

* Bokeh traj results report tests now run with reports enabled.
Changed handling of indexing with *idxs to be compliant with older versions of python.

* more cleanup of test_pycodestyle
