Add more write_X method and some bytes conversions to buffer (#1307)

* Add methods to write UInt64, Int64, UInt, Int, Double and Float into buffer with their conversion to Bytes.

* Update example in comments.

* Update example in comments.

* Update example in comments.

* Move xxx_to_bytes methods into their own type definitions.

* Remove bytes_to_xxx methods.

* Reimplement write_xxx method using write_byte.

* Remove to_bytes methods for migration to another PR.

* Add be&le variants.
