feat(core): add event aggregator and UI integration (#659)

## What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR introduces event streaming functionality and a corresponding UI
component for resource events. This enhancement allows users to monitor
and visualize resource events in real-time, improving the overall user
experience and operational visibility.

Highlight:
* Add event streaming backend handler with SSE support
* Create EventAggregator component for real-time event display
* Add event type filtering (Normal/Warning)
* Update translations for event-related UI elements
* Optimize log aggregator error handling
