fix: Update .editorconfig, CanisterMethods, and package versions

Updated .editorconfig to enforce new coding styles:
- PascalCase for underscore capitalization
- New naming style with 'T' prefix in PascalCase
- Prefer primary constructors and System.Threading.Lock
- Changed conditional expression preferences

Modified RegisterTestFountain in CanisterMethods.cs:
- Added check for existing GeneratorManager in services
- Added registrations for SerialBox, Mirage, and FileCurator

Updated TestFountain.csproj package versions:
- FileCurator to 5.0.0
- Mirage to 5.0.0
- SerialBox to 5.0.2

BREAKING CHANGE: Removing .Net 6/7 support as .Net 9 dependencies say they work with it in the package but then throw warnings. I don't know why this approach was taken but it breaks a bunch of automation.
