feat: Apparently .Net 9 libraries are weird

Updated target frameworks for several projects:
- `Canister.Benchmarks.csproj`: Removed `net6.0`, added `net8.0` and `net9.0`.
- `Canister.IoC.Example.csproj`: Updated from `net6.0` to `net8.0`.
- `Canister.IoC.csproj`: Removed `net6.0` and `net7.0`, added `net8.0` and `net9.0`.
- `Canister.Tests.csproj`: Removed `net6.0` and `net7.0`, added `net8.0` and `net9.0`.
- `TestApp.csproj`: Updated from `net6.0` to `net8.0`.

In `Canister.IoC.csproj`, moved `Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection` package reference to the main item group.

BREAKING CHANGE: Removing .Net 6/7 support as .Net 9 dependencies say they work with it in the package but then throw warnings. I don't know why this approach was taken but it breaks a bunch of automation.
