Allow the use of order 1 or 0 by themselves when using output format of 'gradient' (#560)

* Change max_iter default value to 10000

* Add support for only using 1st order when output format is gradient

* Also allow order 1 by itself in realtime shimming with gradient oformat

* Moved to a dictionary

* Fix custom coil/sph coil in gradient text file output

* Revert changes making non gradient scanner coil coefficients a dict

* Allow order 0 in rt b0 shim
