Fix some styling issues with the new organization header badge.

Puts the profile icon and badge in a wrapper to allow better styling.

1. Have an MMO with some users in it
2. Make sure the feature flag `mmosEnabled` is true
3. While logged in as a user in an MMO, the badge should display
alongside the profile icon always (before, if there was no project
title, it would move to the left)
