### 💭 Notes

After reading [Github
docs](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-code-owners#example-of-a-codeowners-file)
more accurately, I found two issues:
- `README.md` would match in any folder, not only root -> use
`/README.md` instead.
- `jsapp/*` matches only files within the folder, ignoring subfolders ->
use `/jsapp/` instead.
