Improve algorithm for sorting list of ip addrs

Per Copilot:
The old implementation converts each segment of the IP address to an integer, adds 1000, converts it back to a string, and then joins the segments with spaces. This can be simplified by directly converting the IP address segments to integers and sorting based on those integers.

Explanation
`split('.')`: Splits the IP address into its four segments.
`map(&:to_i)`: Converts each segment to an integer.
`sort_by`: Sorts the IP addresses based on their integer segments.
