migrate to infix bitwise operator and unsigned integer type, part 2 (#1089)

* use infix bitwise operator and unsigned int in immut, hashmap and double

* use bitwise op in bytes

* use bitwise ops in builtin, add Byte::op_shr and Byte::op_shl

* update interface files
