Add support for Req for Installation Process (#38)

- Add support for requirements defined in “SHIP Requirements for
Installation Process” Version 1.0.0
- Add support for serial number string in mDNS
- Add support for device categories enum in mDNS
- Add more documentation
- Make sure the mDNS txt values conform to the max string sizes
