Introduce a cell model based on Thevenin (#88)

* Switch to a conda for test

* Name for the package is all plurals

* Fix reqs for thevenin

Don't need to specify sckits, that is part of thevenin.
Fix the style of writing out the package path

* Don't double-install, use bash shell

the route I've changed it to is equivalent
