Implemented the player UI for the status effects (displaying the status effect name and duration) and the current attack algorithm (displaying the name of the algorithm) indicators allowing the user to easily see stats when they're playing. This did require adding the `applied_effects` member as a property and a new `current_attack` property to the Python bindings which revealed a few bugs with the status effect initialisation which has now been fixed.

The UI for these indicators (and the rest of the player UI) could do with a lot of work to improve and clean it up, but it's a task for later on.
