Add support for Avahi reconnects (#36)

- It may happen that avahi or dbus will get disconnected. In that case a
reconnect shall be attempted.
- Also allow shutdowns to be invoked multiple times, e.g. if the service
got stopped intentionally and restarted
- Refactor MdnsProviderInterface
- If Avahi is selected or found, then always retry, otherwise fall back
to zeroconf
