Why these changes are being introduced:
* Add functionality to clone repos and build separate Docker images from 2 different commits.

How this addresses that need:
* Add build_ab_images, clone_repo_and_reset_to_commit, and delete_repo_clone functions
* Add mocked_docker_client fixture and corresponding unit tests for the new functions
* Remove outdated ROOT_WORKING_DIRECTORY env var from _test_env fixture
* Reorder dependencies in Pipfile
