Updates based on discussion in PR #9

* Add build_ab_images to abdiff.core.__init__.py
* Use tempfile library to manage clone directory
* Remove delete_repo_clone function and corresponding unit test
* Make docker_client an optional arg and instantiate if not passed
* Add logging to build_ab_images function
* Add docker_image_exists function and create conditional block in build_ab_images function
* Add clone_repo_and_build_image function and call in build_ab_images function
* Update mocked_docker_client fixture to handle new unit tests and return more realistic values
* Add unit tests for new functions and update unit tests for new fixture values
