Refactoring Array (#944)

* rewrite append and rertain in array; rename find_index with search_by keeping consistent with the search function

* rename find_index's test case name

* update mbti for array; add more tests

* keep find_index for compatiblity reasons

* minor tweak append per AI suggestion

* comment some tests
