Moving conf_rel_paths to Versions.remotes dict.

It was dumb of me to keep passing around conf_rel_paths. Instead
filter_and_date() will handle selecting the first valid path and
eventually store it in the remote dict in Versions.remotes.

While doing this I might as well fix issue #1. Now export() exports all
files, not just the docs directory. Some projects' docs/conf.py reads
versions and other info from the root project directory (e.g. setup.py).
