check collation oid is valid in strpos and replace for non deterministic collations (#2837)

When collations for input arguments to function are different and analyzer is not able to resolve to one collation,
function collation is set as InvlaidOid. We should check for this and throw error in that case. This commit adds 
appropriate handling of such error for sys.CHARINDEX/sys.PATINDEX and sys.REPLACE functions.
